Registration for the International Conference on Intelligent Computing for Sustainable Biosphere and Infrastructure (ICIC-SBI) will be required for all authors, presenters, and participants.
The conference will be conducted in a hybrid format, allowing both on-site participation at Pangasinan State University, Lingayen Campus and virtual participation for international and remote attendees.

Registration fees typically cover the following:

- At least one author per accepted paper must register for the paper to be included in the conference program and proceedings.
- Registration is non-transferable and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.
- Authors must complete registration and payment before the specified deadline to confirm their participation.
